Scheduling an appointment is the best way for you to get an expert recommendation on what products are right for you. At Lotus Blossom, your products are carefully selected based on many factors ~ not just your "skin type" or the answers on your consultation form. Some elements can only be determined with a thorough examination (under a bright mag light), by touching your skin, manipulating it, seeing how it reacts to products applied, and how you react to the smells and texture of each product.

 

It is our belief that for you to achieve 100% of your skincare goals, it requires a balance between:

  • Regular professional treatments

  • Your at-home skincare regimen

  • Using high-quality professional products

  • Daily choices that nourish you from the inside out

In-Store Pickup ONLY

Most Epicuren products are on our shelves at all times. You can call or text us to make sure we have it prior to your appointment, and if it's not, we can order it ahead to make sure you can take it home with you on your next visit.

We no longer stock Circadia, PCA Skin, Dermalogica, HydroPeptide or Clear Choice products in house, however, we can order any of your favorites and they will arrive within 3 to 5 business days, with the exception of Dermalogica and HydroPeptide, which are same day, since our distributor is local. 

All on-line orders are processed daily prior to 12pm. Orders after 12pm will be processed the following business day. You will be contacted to confirm your order and pick-up date/time.

 

If your items are in stock at the store, you may pick up same day at the Reception Desk. You will receive a text when they are ready. Before / after hour curbside pickup times may be available. 

Drop Shipments

With the recent rise in shipping rates and tariffs, we sadly can’t offer drop shipping anymore. But don’t worry! You can still place orders to pick up in-store or have us deliver them straight to you (while supplies last).

If you have not received your item(s) within 7 business days, please send a text to 310-867-4692. I highly recommend that you pre-order your products at least 10 days prior to them being empty (or 5 days before your visit for your facial service) in order to ensure that you have what your skin needs at all times!

Refunds & Returns

PRODUCTS:

At Lotus Blossom Organic Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase. If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or product replacement.

You may return opened products within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, less shipping (if applicable) as long as less than 30% of the product has been used.

 

Items That Are Not Refundable:

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products where 30% or more have been used

  • Products purchased more than 30 days from the date of return request

  • Gift certificates, E-Gift cards, packages or memberships (read below for more information)

 

Once your return has been authorized, you can drop it off for a refund or exchange at Lotus Blossom

 

Return Shipping Labels:

If you had Epicuren® products directly drop shipped to you and prefer to mail it back, Epicuren® will provide a return shipping label for the following situations:

  • Incorrect products were shipped

  • Products received were damaged

  • Products received were defective

 

Freight costs for all other returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Returning Items Purchased From Other Sellers:

If the item to be returned was not sold by Lotus Blossom, you will need to contact the seller where you purchased the products for the return.

Please note, that a valid receipt from Lotus Blossom is required for all returns. This policy is subject to change at any time without notice.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES / PACKAGES / MEMBERSHIPS:

All sales of gift certificates, E-gift cards, packages, and memberships are final. 

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for these items under any circumstances.

Gift certificates, packages, and memberships may not be transferred unless explicitly permitted by our terms or authorized by management.

By completing a purchase online through any of our platforms, on our website or in person, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policies. Please contact us directly for more information.
